8 Years Ago Today.......

I cannot believe 8 years have gone by! We have been so incredibly blessed. And now we have an amazing little family of 3....who knows maybe there will be a 4th addition soon.
This was one of my FAVORITE pictures taken at the wedding and it was from one of the disposable cameras from one of the tables.  Even though the picture quality isn't perfect, I still had to make a few edits of my own ; )

Feeding the Ducks

The neighborhood next to ours has a huge pond that has an island in the middle that has been inhabited by a bunch of ducks.  On evenings when the weather is bearable, Brooklyn and I walk down there with some bread to feed the ducks (or "gucks" as B calls them).  She absolutely loves doing this too.  She asks me every night if we can go feed the gucks.  So last week, the weather was super nice so we walked down there.  While we were sitting on the bank a momma duck and six little ducklings swam our way. They were soooo stinken cute!

I had one very happy 3 year old!  She was sitting and  waving at them...

They were sooo cute!
Well the ducks didn't hang around long, but the fish gladly accepted the leftover bread that we had.

Casino Night!

Just kidding! Last weekend Jason played in a golf tournament with Kraig at the Springdale Country Club, so B and I ate dinner with my parents on Saturday night at a restaurant in the Cherokee Casino in Siloam.

Well, this place had a chocolate fountain with strawberries, cherries, and marshmallows......this was a 3 year old's dream come true!  Eating  a lot of chocolate and getting super dirty....how cool is that!
You can tell by the pictures that she had a fabulous time.

The Tontitown Grape Festival

Last Thursday, we Brooklyn to the Grape Festival.  Jason bought her an armband so she could ride as many rides as she wanted.  At first all she wanted to do was pet the poor rabbits.  After she petted the rabbits many times and played the game where you can win a rabbit, which she didn't win (thank you lord!), she decided she was ready to ride the rides.

I think the elephants were her favorite ride....she rode this thing 3 times in a row.

Surviving the Heat!

The heat this Summer has been miserable!  So, we Brooklyn has spent many nights this Summer running through the sprinkler in the front yard or swimming in the back yard.  Jason and I just sit in the shade and sweat....but it is worth it to watch her have a blast in the water.

A Trip to Little Rock

This last weekend we headed to LR to see Candace, Jon, & May-May.  We hadn't seen them in a few weeks and my child was sooooo ready to see Malyn.  Sauturday morning we woke up and headed to their SUPER AWESOME neighborhood pool.

Loving every minute of it!

Such innocent little smiles......

Candace played a CD that Malyn listens and dances to at school. It was super cute watching the girls dance.

Swimming in the Creek

The Saturday before last we went to the Pianaltos Creek to let the kiddos (and daddy's too) swim.

We grilled hamburgers and hotdogs out there too.  And the kiddos got to enjoy their dinner on a pallet.
Looking for crawdads with daddy.  I am quite proud of my little girl, she even held a few.

Little Justin Jr.

A Fat Lip

The Friday before last, my mom kept Brooklyn while Jason and I went to dinner.  Well, they had just come in the house from playing outside and Brooklyn needed to poop.  So, they headed to the bathroom and mom got her reading materials ready (my girl likes to look at books while she is doing her business) and my mom leaves the bathroom and lets B do her business.  Just a few minutes later, my mom hears a crash and Brookyn start screaming.  Somehow my child fell off the pot and busted her lip....hopefully whatever little "stunt" she was doing she won't do again.

So, I got some photos of her the next morning...with her lovely morning hair ; )
