Playing in the Backyard

Since the weather has been getting warmer, we have been spending alot of time outside. She loves it! In the picture above she has a dandelion and is trying to blow the seeds off of it. She is so cute because she ends up putting it up to her mouth and then gets the seeds in her mouth.

Found the dog food. I have a problem trying to keep her out of the dog food and their water! She was having too much fun with the dog food I just let her play with it. Every now and then she would try to snack on one which I had to intervene.

She was dirty when we went inside but that was OK with me since it was daddy's night bathe her= )

Mommy & Little B

Well, she is already 13 months old....time flies! She has quite the personality. Her teacher at daycare told me that she sometimes bullies the other children. She likes to take their pacifier and slap them. She is so much fun though. She is really starting to expand her vocabulary. She also is a little drama queen....she can throw a major fit if things don't go her way!

Long Day

My mom normally picks Brooklyn up from daycare and this is how I found her when I got home from work Monday. She has only been taking one (short) nap during the day so when she gets home she is exhausted!

The Easter Bunny

We didn't make it to church Sunday. Brooklyn still was really congested and coughing and I was sick too. We did go over to mom and dad's for lunch. Too bad the weather was crappy we had to do the easter egg hunt inside.

That Darn Cough

I switched Brooklyn to whole Milk 2 Sundays ago and by the next Wednesday she was very congested so I had to take her to the doctor and she had an ear infection. By the following Saturday she was coughing very badly so I had to take her back to the doctor for that. He told me to take her off of the milk. He doesn't think that she is allergic to it but in large amounts it really made her congested. So we are back to the formula for a while and then I may switch her to soy milk. I will be so glad when this bottle stuff is over!

Road Trip

Last Saturday Mom, Mindy, Brooklyn and I went to visit my aunt and uncle in Branch, AR. For those of you who have probably NEVER heard of Branch, it is a little town about 30 miles east of Fort Smith. They have a farm and lots of acres to play on. I spent alot of time down there when I was a kid I was excited to take Brooklyn and meet some of her cousins.

My aunt has 3 dogs and Brooklyn was sooo excited that she got to pet them.

They had a pogo stick and Mindy decided to try it out. She did a pretty good job (She is going to kill me when she finds out that I put these pics on Brooklyn's Blog )

Beatlemania!

The last time Jason and I went to Vegas we saw The Beatles "Love" which was awesome. I am a huge Beatles fan, so I had to get something from the gift shop and we found this cute shirt! I had forgotten about this shirt until last week and now it finally fits her. I had to get a picture of her in it.
